Some of the best UTV-riding areas are in the middle of nowhere. So adding a Transfer Flow refueling tank to your pickup is a convenient way to carry fuel to those remote locations.
In addition to DOT legal in-bed auxiliary fuel tanks, Transfer Flow also has larger replacement fuel tanks and toolbox-fuel tank combos.
Transfer Flow replacement tanks are made from 12- and 14-gauge aluminized steel for rust resistance and strength, while the in-bed auxiliary tanks are made from 1/8” aluminum diamond plate or 14-gauge aluminized steel. Transfer Flow’s DOT legal refueling tanks are manufactured from 12-gauge aluminized steel. Aluminized steel is steel that has been electroplated with aluminum at the steel manufacturers. By electroplating the steel with aluminum, it acts as a corrosion-resistant material.
Transfer Flow put 100 gallons of water in one of its 125 gallon tanks and then dropped it from 30-feet high to show how strong the tanks are.

The tanks can be configured to work with your stock fuel gauge. The tanks have baffles for extra support, durability, and to help reduce fuel slosh. And they come with a 6-year, unlimited mile warranty. The refueling tanks come with a special permit from the Department of Transportation. They are legal to carry gasoline, diesel, methanol or kerosene.

ABOUT Transfer Flow®
Transfer Flows story began in 1983 in the beautiful and historic town of Chico, California, when former General Motors engineer Bill Gaines, founded the company as an OEM fuel system supplier for the motorhome and travel trailer industry. TFI quickly expanded into the mobility, work body, and mainstream automotive industries, and by 1994 the company relocated to a 35,000 square-foot manufacturing facility as demand continued to grow. Six years later, a 20,000 square foot building was built on an adjacent 3-acre parcel, and finally in 2008, a 15,000 square-foot warehouse was also added. Today, Transfer Flow continues to invest in new technology and state-of- the art manufacturing equipment, while employing a dedicated and hardworking staff of more than 80 people from across Northern California.
